Annie Wright Moves to UALR's College of Social Sciences & Communication (Movers & Shakers)

Annie Wright has been hired as director of development and external affairs for the College of Social Sciences & Communication at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She previously worked as director of major gifts and special projects at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

Financial Services

Tracy Beavers has been hired as business development representative at Waco Title Co. in Little Rock. She previously worked as a mortgage loan officer at Arvest Bank in North Little Rock.

Jennifer Humphrey has been hired as deputy director of finance at the city of Fort Smith. She previously worked for two years as director of finance and business operations and treasurer at the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, based in Santa Monica, California. Humphrey has also worked for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of Bentonville, Winrock International of Little Rock, MANA Nutritive Aid Products and the city of Russellville.

Health Care

Thalia Casimire has been hired as a pulmonologist and sleep medicine physician at CHI St. Vincent Pulmonary Clinic in Hot Springs. She is trained in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.

Faith Davies has been named a professor of medicine and director of the Phase I Clinical Trials Program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Myeloma Institute and the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, both in Little Rock.

Randi Harville has been promoted from public relations and care coordinator to director of development at CareLink in North Little Rock. Chuck Thompson has been hired as vice president of special projects at CareLink of North Little Rock. Thompson previously worked as assistant director of the Division of Aging & Adult Services at the Arkansas Department of Human Services in Little Rock.

Drs. Trent Lamb and Kimberly Whicker have been hired as physicians in the Emergency Department of the White River Health System of Batesville. Lamb will see patients at the WRMC Medical Complex ER, White River Medical Center and Stone County Medical Center. Whicker will work at the WRMC and WRMC Medical Complex.

Dr. Shiva Nallur has been hired as a physician at CHI St. Vincent Family Clinic Rodney Parham in Little Rock. He is a board-certified family physician.

Media & Marketing

Shelby Fiegel has been hired as associate public relations account executive at the Sells Agency in Little Rock. She interned with the Fowler Center in Jonesboro and the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum & Educational Center in Piggott (Clay County) before recently graduating from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
