John Rogers West Side Condo Back on Manhattan Market

1 min read

You may have heard that one of the largest homes in Arkansas recently went on the market at $2.5 million.

The gated mansion in North Little Rock’s Lakewood neighborhood belongs to sports memorabilia maven and photo archive collector John Rogers and his wife, Angelica.

The grand residence is on the property tax rolls at 12,400 SF.

Did you know the fabulous condo overlooking New York’s Central Park that the couple has rented for several years also recently became available?

The rental rate for the 1,466-SF two-bed, two-bath unit on the 41st floor of Central Park Place: $10,300 per month.

Some might recall the condo has hosted guests courtesy of the Little Rock charity circuit.

Back in 2011, a week’s stay at their Manhattan high-rise pad along with round-trip airfare for two was auctioned to raise money for the Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute.

After the package sold for $6,000, the Rogers family put it up for bid a second time and raised another $10,000.

The recent real estate moves coincide with recent developments on the legal front.

Those involve allegations of John Rogers making false statements in connection with a federal criminal investigation and a $765,000 breach of contract suit in Pulaski County Circuit Court regarding the purchase of the famed George Burke & George Brace Collection of photographic negatives.
