1 min read

Frost PLLC, the accounting firm with offices in Little Rock, Fayetteville and Raleigh, North Carolina, announced Wednesday that it had acquired Thomson & Co. of Phoenix.

“As a combined entity, we will expand our experience, knowledge base and resources while continuing to provide our clients with the exceptional services they expect and deserve,” Doug Richardson, chairman of Frost’s executive committee, said in a press release announcing the transaction.

The deal was effective immediately, but no terms were disclosed.

Craig Thomson, president of Thomson & Co., said the two firms had common expertise in the agriculture industry.

After the merger, Frost will represent business in 48 states. Its executive committee is made up of Richardson, Bob Childress and Keith Ekenseair.

Frost will continue as an independent member firm of Moore Stephens North America, which is a regional member of Moore Stephens International Limited.
