CJRW Appoints Four to New Roles

1 min read

CJRW of Little Rock on Wednesday said it has named four employees to new roles in response to the agency’s growth in digital and interactive offerings.

Brian Kratkiewicz was appointed senior vice president and director of account services, Zack Hill was named vice president and director of digital services, Karen Mullikin was assigned to corporate project officer and Ike Peters has signed on to the digital services division, the company said in a news release.

“In recent months, we have seen a significant and sustained growth in our digital services division,” CJRW President Darin Gray said in a statement. “This realignment of our professional resources is in response not only to that growth, but is part of a long-term growth strategy we have initiated and implemeneted over the last 12 to 18 months.”

Kratkiewicz was previously senior vice president and director of the agency’s media and digital divisions, Hill was director of digital services, Mullikin was director of account services and an account supervisor on several major clients and Peters was a copywriter, but will continue providing those services, as well as now focusing on social media services, the company said.

Gray noted CJRW’s merger with Heathcott Associates, which took effect March 1, a reorganization in the company’s northwest office and changes in the public relations division were also part of that strategy.

“Each of those decisions has resulted in greater opportunities, efficiencies and effectiveness for the agency, and we anticipate the same from today’s announcement,” Gray said.
