A trio of central Arkansas real estate transactions all surpassed the $1 million mark.
• Centennial Bank of Conway acquired a 41,788-SF office building at 21 Nabco Drive for $2.5 million. Seller: Preferred Plaza 2 LLC, led by Todd Ross.
We’re told Centennial will move some of its growing, unspecified operations into the facility.
• Superior Manor LLC, an affiliate of Michael Morton’s Central Arkansas Nursing Centers in Fort Smith, purchased a 5.6-acre site at the southeast corner of Tommy Lewis and Superior drives in Conway.
The transaction with Hal and Sena Crafton weighed in at more than $1.6 million.
We understand that a 70-bed nursing facility is planned for the location near the new Baptist Health medical center that is under construction. The Conway site won out over a location considered in Vilonia.
• ARCP FD 2014 ALB Portfolio IV LLC, an affiliate of American Realty Capital Properties Inc. of Phoenix, bought the Dollar General at 1395 N. Bankhead Ave. in Carlisle for $1.5 million.
Who sold the 9,000-SF store? SGSL Holdings LLC of Calabasas, California.
