Vantage Point Apartments Lead Off Trio of Million-Dollar Deals

1 min read

A 138-room hotel and a 5,800-SF home contributed to a series of recent million-dollar transactions in Little Rock.

But the biggest deal involved an out-of-state group adding to its multifamily holdings through an $11 million acquisition.

A group led by an affiliate of Monarch Investment & Management Group of Franktown, Colorado, bought Vantage Point Apartments at 2300 Rebsamen Park Road.

Who sold the 228-unit complex? An affiliate of Versus Capital Group of Denver.

You might recall that Monarch owns the Block 2 development in downtown Little Rock, an October 2011 acquisition.

Block 2 includes 32 apartments in the Democrat Printing & Lithograph Building at 122 E. Second St., 69 units in the Archer Drug Building at 107 E. Markham St. and 44 units in the Wallace Building at 101 Main St.

LIT Hotels LLC, led by Shashwat Goyal, purchased the Holiday Inn Express at 3121 Bankhead Drive for $6 million.

Seller: Airport Hotels LLC, led by Rajesh Mehta.

51 Edgehill Road Trust, led by David Glover and Theresa Wyrick, acquired its namesake residence from John and Diana Young for $1.46 million.
