Judy McReynolds: ArcBest Corp. Aiming for $3B in Revenue

1 min read

ArcBest Corp. of Fort Smith wants to be a $3 billion company in 2015, CEO and President Judy McReynolds said at the company’s annual shareholders meeting Friday.

ArcBest generated $2.6 billion in revenue in 2014, an increase of about 14 percent from the previous year. McReynolds said the opportunities for profit are out there and ArcBest will benefit from the 2013 labor agreement with the Teamsters and the continued growth of its non-asset divisions.

McReynolds said the company wants its non-asset divisions — such as Panther Premium Logistics, ABF Logistics and FleetNet — to provide $1 billion of the revenue. In 2014, the non-asset divisions generated $723 million in revenue, about 27 percent of ArcBest’s total revenue.

“These are some lofty goals,” McReynolds said. “You see the opportunities we have for the services we offer. We’re just scratching the surface.”

At the meeting, shareholders also re-elected nine board of directors, ratified Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s accounting firm and approved plan terms for the executive officers’ incentive plan to allow the awards to be considered fully deductible compensation.
