Farmland, Retail Property Highlight Recent Million-Dollar Deals in Lonoke County

1 min read

Farmland in south-central Lonoke County and a 6.7-acre office-retail development in Cabot compose our tandem of million-dollar transactions.

E&G LLC, led by Chris Roberts Sr. & Jr., bought about 653 acres from the Betty Moore Revocable Trust for $2.3 million.

The acreage is divided into three tracts, about 6.5 miles south of Lonoke in the suburbs of the Pettus community on Hwy. 31.

Southfork Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Rector Phillips Morse Inc., acquired its namesake 21,000-SF retail project at 2792 S. Second St. for $1.05 million.

The Cabot development includes a 5,100-SF Larry’s Pizza, 6,000 SF of office space and 3,200 SF of warehouse space.

Seller: Simmons First National Bank of Pine Bluff, which inherited the property through its acquisition of Little Rock’s Metropolitan National Bank.
