The two-year program’s mission is to develop the state’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders by keeping its best young talent at home.

  • Sarah Casey – Acxiom
  • Connor Crumblish – Mu Sigma
  • Ted Cunningham – J.B. Hunt
  • Kiefer Dooley – J.B. Hunt

  • Shawn Laurence – Dillard’s
  • Lauren McNeaill – Simmons First
  • Erin Morningstar – Collective Bias
  • Barret Schein – CaseStack

The inaugural class was launched last summer and matched 11 participants with Arkansas firms. The program will unveil a new class each year. The Fellowship now has 22 active participants working in 17 Arkansas companies.

The program is modeled after the Orr Fellowship in Indiana and is funded by the Little Rock Regional Chamber’s Fifty for the Future, the Northwest Arkansas Council and Winrock International. It attracted more than 80 applicants for its inaugural class.
