No Vacancy at Fayetteville’s Evelyn Hills Shopping Center

1 min read

Matthew Dearnley said the 131,000-SF Evelyn Hills Shopping Center at 1554 College Ave. in Fayetteville is 100 percent occupied after recent leases were signed.

Dearnley said Thrive Church, located up the street at 2857 College, will relocate to the former Chuck E. Cheese’s location.

The new 10,444-SF space will give the church room for its congregation and classrooms, Dearnley said.

The second lease was for a locally owned spa to take 2,448 SF.

The spa is also relocating to Evelyn Hills, which is anchored by Ozark Natural Foods.

Tacos 4 Life, in a lease handled by Alan Cole of Colliers International, is also scheduled to open its second Arkansas restaurant in Evelyn Hills soon. It has a restaurant in Conway and is taking over the old USA Drug building.

“When a center is that big, you’re not going to get 100 percent full often,” Dearnley said. “When you hit it for a second, that’s a big deal.”
