Outlets of Little Rock Announce Retailers

Outlets of Little Rock, a 325,000-SF outlet center opening on Oct. 16 next to Bass Pro Shops in Little Rock, has announced many of the retailers that will have stores in the center.

On Sept. 10, they announced:

The Outlets are located at Gateway Town Center at the intersection of I-30 and I-430 in Little Rock, and are expected to bring 75 stores and support about 1,000 jobs. The development company, New England Development, hired CDI Contractors LLC of Little Rock to manage construction of the 325,000-SF center, which is also located near Bass Pro Shops.

On Sept. 10, there will be a job fair to fill hundreds of positions at the Outlets. 

“We have been looking forward to this for some time – eager to share the news of the amazing retailers that will be part of the Outlets of Little Rock,” said Teresa Richards in a news release. “There’s no doubt it’s going to be an exciting grand opening weekend, offering Arkansans and tourists a wide variety of shopping opportunities all in one center.”

Richards is the general manager of the mall and previously worked as assistant general manager of Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock, where she was responsible for operations, financial performance and specialty leasing.
