Little Rock agencies Eric Rob & Isaac and Mangan Holcomb Partners were the big winners at the 30th annual Prism Awards, presented by the Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and recognizing local PR campaigns. ERI took home 11 awards, including best of show for its 2014 “Bear Your Stripes” campaign for the University of Central Arkansas. Mangan Holcomb took home the most awards with 14.


KATV in Little Rock is building a new set for its morning news program, “Channel 7 Daybreak.” The set will feature LED light panels that change color at the push of a button. For example: red for the Razorbacks, green for St. Patrick’s Day and red and green for the holidays.


The future is — almost — now. Roughly a quarter of all U.S. adults who own a mobile phone, e-reader or tablet (specifically, 23 percent) took part in a video call on one of those devices in the last 30 days, according to a survey from GfK MRI, the U.S. consumer research subsidiary of German conglomerate GfK.
