The office market in Bentonville is popping, which shouldn’t come as a big surprise.
Grady Mathews of Sage Partners said the 270,000-SF Bentonville Plaza has four tenants who are now looking to expand. Mathews said the demand for Class A office space is continuing to grow.
“It’s rocking. I love it,” Mathews said.
Mathews said the demand is leading to more construction. One building under construction is a two-story, 18,000-SF office space at 1011 SW A St. near the bustling downtown area. The space is owned by 1011 South West A Street LLC, which is run by R. Craig Soos.
“It’s going along with the vibe of downtown,” Mathews said. “It’ll be a cool, neat place to work.”
Sage is handling the leasing for the space. Mathews said the building is already approximately 50 percent leased.
It is scheduled to open Dec. 1.
