Ghulam Khaleel Joins CHI St. Vincent Neurology Clinic (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. Ghulam M. Khaleel has begun practicing at CHI St. Vincent Neurology Clinic-Little Rock. Khaleel completed his neurology residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is dual fellowship-trained in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy from St. Louis University and Indiana University.


Mary Frances “Frankie” Sears of Mayflower has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Nursing advisory board. Sears retired in 2008 after more than 30 years as a nurse anesthetist and 20 years before that as a staff nurse at various hospitals and clinics in central Arkansas.


Dr. Senthil Raghavan, a family practice physician, has been hired by ARcare to treat patients at the nonprofit’s recently renovated clinic at 11219 Financial Centre Parkway in Little Rock. Raghavan was formerly employed by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He will be joined at the clinic by Drs. Terry Jefferson and Dan Moore.


Roxane Stewart has been named chief financial officer of Magnolia Regional Medical Center. A CPA, Stewart has returned to her hometown after working for 10 years as controller with RichSmith Management LLC of North Little Rock. She also spent 13 years with Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
