Saline Memorial Completes Partnership with RCCH HealthCare

1 min read

The previously announced partnership between Saline Memorial Hospital and RCCH HealthCare Partners of Brentwood, Tennessee, became effective Friday.

In March, the Saline Memorial Hospital’s board of directors voted to create a public-private partnership “to ensure the continuation of high-quality” health care, according a news release from Saline Memorial.

The partnership said it will spend $35 million the hospital over the next five years, the news release said. The money will be spent on expanding and updating the hospital, equipment and technology.

Bob Trautman, CEO at Saline Memorial said in the news release that the partnership will give the hospital new opportunities for growth.

“We’ll have access to more resources to continue our quality initiatives as well as new capital dollars to fuel growth strategies, including recruiting new physicians and adding new technology,” he said. “Most importantly, RCCH HealthCare Partners’ leaders are deeply committed to community-based healthcare and high quality services, like we are. Our mission, vision and values are highly compatible.”

Saline’s partnership was originally announced with Capella Healthcare, which later merged with privately held RegionalCare Hospital Partners of Nashville, Tennessee. The combined company’s name was changed to RCCH HealthCare Partners.
