State Rep. Micah Neal Pleads Guilty to Taking Kickbacks on GIF Money

The U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday that state Rep. Micah Neal, R-Springdale, had pleaded guilty to a conspiracy to direct state funds to two nonprofits in exchange for $38,000 in kickbacks.
