Cara Boyd-Conners Moves to Davenport Law (Movers & Shakers)

Cara Boyd-Connors has been hired as an attorney at Davenport Law PLLC in Little Rock. She was previously a revocation hearing judge at the Arkansas Parole Board.


Marshall S. Ney, E. Conner McNair and W. Taylor Marshall have all been named partners at Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP.

Ney, who joined the firm’s Rogers office in 2013, serves as counsel to businesses, insurance companies, school districts and individuals in commercial disputes, employment claims and insurance coverage disputes.

McNair, who has worked at the Rogers office since 2010, focuses his practice on guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, real estate transactions and the implementation and operation of employee benefit packages while also providing tax advice to corporations and partnerships.

Marshall, who joined the Little Rock office in 2013, practices in the firm’s public finance practice group and has primarily represented cities, counties and other governmental entities.
