AOR LLC, led by John Starling of JTS Financial Services of Little Rock, has purchased a 21,256-SF office building at 1616 Brookwood Drive in Little Rock for just over $1 million.

The seller was the federal government. The property was forfeited in October 2015 by King Coal CEO Stephen L. Parks when he pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud, though legal issues surrounding the Little Rock businessman didn't end there

A spokesman for JTS Financial Services said the firm plans to remodel the building and move into it in mid-2018. Two other JTS Financial Services-owned companies, Educational Benefits and Troodon Group, will also move in.
