Lakewood Hills, WLR Courtyard by Marriott Lead Off Big Property BuysLock Icon

A hotel, breastaurant, apartments and two homes in Little Rock plus apartments and retail space in North Little Rock combined with a carwash and retail property in Bryant with residential lots in Benton equal this week’s group of big real estate transactions.

♦ The biggest of the bunch is the $12.7 million sale of Lakewood Hills Apartments at 2400 McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock.

RCP Lakewood LLC, an affiliate of RCP General Inc. of New York, sold the 260-unit complex to SCBP Lake Associates LLC, an affiliate of Spring Capital in Philadelphia.

♦ Next up is the Courtyard by Marriott at 10900 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock.

Skyline CM Portfolio LLC, an affiliate of Toronto’s Skyline Investments, bought the 149-room hotel for $7.3 million. The sellers are two Dallas limited partnerships: C2 Land Ltd. and CBM Two Hotels Ltd.

♦ HOA Restaurant Holder LLC of Atlanta sold the Little Rock Hooters project at 6 Anglers Way in a $3.3 million sale-leaseback with Hagop and Christiane Kouyoumdjian of La Verne, California.

♦ Ultimate Express Carwash LLC, led by Mark McCaslin, and Mark and Larry Middleton, sold its namesake 5,510-SF facility at 1900 Reynolds Road in Bryant for $3.1 million.

Buyer: SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of SCF Realty Capital of Princeton, New Jersey.

♦ On the flipside of this, Ultimate Express Carwash purchased the 20,000-SF Furniture Factory Outlet at 22401 Interstate 30 in Bryant for almost $2 million.

Seller? FFO Wichita Partners LLC, led by Johnny Mizell.

♦ Russ McDonough III and his wife, Kimberly, acquired a 6,187-SF manor in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood from Jane Hunt Meade Revocable Trust for $2 million.

♦ Doyle Rogers Jr. and his sister, Barbara R. Hoover, sold their combined 75 percent stake in the 70,000-SF Northgate Plaza at 3801 Camp Robinson Road

in North Little Rock for $1.8 million to Tommy J. Lasiter Family Ltd.

♦ Bosley Construction Inc. of Little Rock recovered 42 residential lots in The Woodlands neighborhood in Benton at a $1.7 million foreclosure sale.

The property was owned by various entities controlled by John Dawson III, Donald Spears and Aaron Jones.

♦ Town Creek LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, sold the 24-unit Mabelvale Apartments at 7414 Mabelvale Pike, an adjoining 1.2-acre parcel and nine units at 3518 Arapaho Trail and the neighboring six units at 3426 Arapaho Trail for more than $1.3 million.

Buyer? Van Geuns Properties LCC, led by Noel Muller.

♦ Anderson Revocable Trust, led by Overton and Kay Anderson, bought a 4,280-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Seller: Rhodes Joint Revocable Trust, led by Martin and Patricia Rhodes.
