1 min read

Sage Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Rogers, Bentonville and Little Rock, recently announced the sale of a seven-building office complex in Bentonville.

Marshall Saviers and Matt Imhoff of Sage Partners brokered the transaction.

Sachs Investments of New York bought the buildings and two tracts of land totaling 2.5 acres for $28.3 million. The complex is located at Rainbow Curve with addresses on South Walton Boulevard and Southeast 34th Street.

The buildings total 138,000 SF and will be leased by Sage Partners. They are fully leased to Fortune 500 office tenants.

Sachs also owns several office buildings in Rogers, in the MetroPark development. Those buildings total approximately 75,000 SF, and the firm recently sold a 275,000-SF warehouse in Rogers.
