Trinity Multifamily's Los Angeles Partner Buys Three Apartment Complexes

Trinity Multifamily of Fort Smith announced Wednesday that its partner, AndMark Management Co. of Los Angeles, has acquired three assets in separate transactions that total $7 million. 

Trinity Multifamily said AndMark's investment fund III bought the 60-unit Crown Ridge apartment complex in Fort Smith for $2.4 million and the 56-unit Crown Ridge apartment compex in Fayetteville for $1.8 million. 

The firm also said AndMark's investment fund IV bought the 96-unit Eastwood Apartments in Jacksonville for $2.8 million.

The three properties will be managed by Trinity Multifamily, which manages most of AndMark's 30-plus properties throughout the Midwest.
