Tyson's Goal? Offering Protein of All Kinds

Justin Whitmore, the chief sustainability officer at Tyson Foods Inc. of Springdale, told Bloomberg News that while the company will continue to invest in chicken, pork and beef, it will also participate in the growing market for non-meat protein products. (Beth Hall)
