Blueprint For 2018? Architecture Firms See Busy Year

David Sargent, principal and CEO of WER Architects/Planners In Little Rock, expects the health care sector to generate a significant amount of work for Arkansas firms in the year ahead. “We’re seeing more of these senior living neighborhoods where there’s either duplexes or apartments for 55 and up,” he said. Spending on construction projects across the country could rise by 4 percent this year over 2017, which is welcome news for Arkansas architects and engineers.
