Physchphaice Trust/40 MRA Investments Inc. of Encino, California, bought a 3,240-SF Precision Tune Auto Care project at 4630 JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock for $775,000.

The seller was CRM Capital Partners LLC of North Little Rock, led by Mitchell Massey.

Apartments Sold
First National Bank of Paragould sold the 24-unit Louisiana Terrace Apartments at 1717 Louisiana St. in downtown Little Rock for $720,000.

The buyer was Louisiana Terrace Opportunity Fund LLC of Little Rock, led by Mark Brown and Jill Judy.

Mobile Home Park Bought
Lamplighter Village MPH LLC of Ventura, California, bought the Lamplighter Village mobile home park at 1201 S. Highway 161 in Jacksonville for $625,700.

The seller was Childress Properties Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Larry Childress.

Three Properties Purchased
Ben Davis Properties Management LLC of North Little Rock, led by Ben and Diane Davis, bought the 3,733-SF F.E.E.D. First USA at 6124 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock, the 10,842-SF former American Taekwondo Association headquarters at 6210 Baseline and a 26,485-SF office-warehouse for $515,000.

The seller was Martial Arts Services Inc. of Little Rock,led by Neil Morton.

NLR Apartments Sold
Steven and Stephanie Deere of Sherwood sold a 20-unit apartment complex at 5732 Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock for $450,000.

The buyer was Callahan Properties LLC of North Little Rock, led by Patricia and Robert Callahan Sr.
