Lomanco Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Chris Grimes, has purchased two 10,816-SF warehouses at 13 Warehouse Row St. in Jacksonville for $423,500.

The seller was Refrigeration Recycling Inc. of Jacksonville, led by Leslie Houser.

Convenience Store Sold

Donnie and Mary Miller sold the 2,015-SF Macon Station convenience store at 22311 Highway 107 in north Pulaski County and an adjoining 0.67-acre parcel for $620,000.

The buyer was Singh Store Inc. of Plumerville, led by Gurdev Dogra.

Residental Property Purchased

McGeorge Contracting Co. Inc. of Pine Bluff bought a residential property on 6.52 acres at the northwest corner of Shamburger Lane and Fiser Road in the Sweet Home community for $200,000.

The sellers were George and Sharon Grimes. 

Condo Sold

Arvest Bank purchased an 1,867-SF condo in the Parkview Medical Building at 1 St. Vincent Circle on the CHI St. Vincent campus in Little Rock from Marcus and Dr. Allison Shaw-Devine in a $143,726 foreclosure sale.

Nonprofit Purchase

John Wesley Hall Jr. and Allison Hall have sold the former Black & White Cabs 1.23-acre property at 3523 W. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $45,000.

The buyer was Little Rock Compassion Center Inc. of Little Rock, led by William Holloway.
