What's summer without a trip somewhere?
Northwest Arkansas station 40/29, the local ABC affiliate, is taking viewers on a visit to what it calls ‘Mount Hogmore'. It's a multi-part series that debuted on Sunday and is focused on the men considered to be the most influential and successful coaches in Razorback history.
First was a visit with former baseball coach Norm DeBriyn, who continues to work for the Razorback Foundation. Sports director Mark Lericos visited with DeBriyn at Baum Stadium and discussed the coach's role in heping build the facility and some favorite memories of a career that included 1,161 victories.
Judging from the graphic that ran with the package, there are features on Frank Broyles, Nolan Richardson and John McDonnell in the works.
