Time will tell if former Arkansas basketball player Steven Hill sticks with the Portland Trailblazers. But the locals are enjoying him while they have him around.

Hill, a 7-footer from Branson, Mo., has spawned a number of blog posts and reports in Oregon. He seems to be a fan favorite even though his career has included one — 1 — actual NBA game appearance.

It’s got to be the Captain Caveman-eque hair/facial hair that Hill has going that makes him so popular, right?
