Arkansas earned a Top 10 BCS ranking a day after ending the regular season with a 10th victory.
The Razorbacks (10-2, 6-2) moved up to No. 7 in the latest BCS standings. A 31-23 victory against LSU helped vault the Razorbacks five spots from the previous week.
“Obviously 10 wins is a hell of a season,” running back Knile Davis said. “We just are going to wait and play it out and hopefully get BCS.”
Now the Razorbacks, who are No. 8 in both the AP and USA Today polls, await the results from next week’s SEC Championship game. If No. 1 Auburn defeats South Carolina, then Arkansas will secure a Sugar Bowl berth.
Worth noting from our friends at Hog Database: Only Auburn has more victories against the current Top 25 than the Razorbacks.
