Cornerback Ray Buchanan Jr. became the 16th Arkansas commitment for the class of 2012 with a weekend pledge.
Buchanan, son of former NFL all-pro defensive back Ray Buchanan, had offers from schools including Cincinnati, Louisville, Mississippi State and Illinois.

Buchanan Jr. told the Atlanta Journal Constitution:
“I talked to a lot of former and current players, and they all said they really loved it at Arkansas. It’s an exciting atmosphere for college football, and a great place to get a degree.”
