Remember the three-building sale on the former Alltel campus in Little Rock we told you about in January?

A local investment group cut that $10.5 million deal with Alltel Communications LLC for office space totaling about 195,000 SF.

We understand the buyer, Allied Drive Holdings LLC, is composed of eight entities representing more than a dozen individuals.

We don't yet have all the names.

But we do have four to share, a pair of siblings: the LaFrance brothers, Stephen Jr. and Jason; and the Middleton brothers, Larry and Mark.

By the way, the first tenant is en route to occupy the sixth floor of one of the buildings at the renamed Riverfront Plaza.

CleaResult, a contractor for Entergy Arkansas, will be relocating from west Little Rock quarters in the Markham West Plaza at 8500 W. Markham St.
