Fallout continues from the firing of Coach Bobby Petrino ...

The review of Bobby Petrino’s state phone records continues to turn up interesting revelations.

According to Deadspin.com Petrino exchanged more than 200 messages over three months with a state Republican Party employee and bikini contest winner.

Here’s more from Deadspin (and we wouldn’t bet against them continuing to dig into numbers that appear frequently on his state-issued cell phone):

Petrino exchanged nearly two hundred text and picture messages with a Little Rock cell phone registered to one Alison Melder, whose LinkedIn profile lists her as a senate assistant with the Republican Party of Arkansas.

Melder, 26, graduated from Arkansas-Little Rock with a degree in political science and has worked with the Young Republicans as well as the state GOP; she also worked on Jim Keet's gubernatorial campaign in 2010.

Photos circulating from Facebook show Melder and friends with 50-yard line seats to Arkansas’ season opener against Missouri State on Sept. 3.

Petrino was fired Tuesday after it was revealed he had an inappropriate relationship he tried to keep secret with Jessica Dorrell, a female football staff member. Dorrell and Petrino were involved in a motorcycle accident on April 1. A review of Petrino’s phone records found that he and Dorrell exchanged more than 4,300 text messages.

Remember the couple that took Petrino and Dorrell from the crash site to a dropoff point? Benjamin Adam Willams, who reportedly asked to be let out at Elkins because he didn't want to see Petrino bleeding, has been arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Anybody else wonder if it was more about not wanting to run into a state trooper than the blood?

Also, Arkansas Business has an item on Petrino's house being up for sale.
