Kickoff times are all that remain to finalize the 2012 Arkansas football schedule.

Locations are official for all games now that the school has formally announced the Razorbacks will face Texas A&M in College Station, Texas. As expected the schools will play on campus in 2012 and 2013 with the possibility of returning to Cowboys Stadium in 2014.

Arkansas and Texas A&M were in the midst of a 10-year contract to play a non-conference series near Dallas when the Aggies joined the SEC. Instead of playing the neutral site contest they’ll play at Kyle Field this season and Razorback Stadium on Sept. 28, 2013.

Per the UA:

The two institutions have played in the Southwest Classic at Cowboys Stadium in each of the last three years. After Texas A&M officially joined the Southeastern Conference, the Dallas Cowboys worked with both institutions to help address scheduling difficulties created for the Aggies with their entry into the SEC. Discussions between both institutions and the Dallas Cowboys are ongoing and are focused on returning the series to Cowboys Stadium for the 2014 season and beyond.

Athletic Director Jeff Long told ArkansasSports360.com in February that the move was all but official. All Long was waiting on for a formal announcement was a “signed contract.”

Arkansas also formally announced on Wednesday that the LSU game was moving to the Friday after Thanksgiving. That move was also expected.
