Three high-dollar homes all attained six-digit status in recent sales.

The biggest in both size and price was a log manor in west Pulaski County. Andrea Rockefeller bought the 14,000-SF abode and 75.5 acres for $3.06 million.

The sellers? Wayne and Paulette Richie.

The Richies still own 154 acres in the Ferndale Estates area, and we understand they are looking to develop 1- to 1.5-acre lots for homes around $450,000.

Meanwhile in Little Rock's Edgehill neighborhood, Jared and Amy Seale bought a 4,539-SF home for $1.34 million. Sellers: Jon and Sandra Marbaise.

Completing our trifecta is a 6,846-SF residence in Chenal Valley's Sologne Circle neighborhood.

Michael and Leslie Hui purchased the house for $1.25 million from J.B. and Brittany Huffman.
