Manufacturing
Chris Hart has been promoted to vice president of personnel and community relations at Central Moloney Inc. in Pine Bluff. Hart has been with the company since 2002, most recently serving as director of human resources. Joey Strode has been promoted to vice president of finance. Strode has been with the company since 2007, most recently serving as controller.

Nonprofit
Greg Russell is the new director of marketing for Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter in Bentonville. Russell has more than 16 years of experience in marketing for nonprofits.

Bryan Massey has been chosen by the University of Arkansas Public Art Oversight Committee in Fayetteville to complete its first public art project, a monument to Silas Hunt. Massey is a professor of art at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

Technology
Carla McCorkle has been promoted to client services manager at American Data Network in Little Rock. McCorkel has been a client services specialist for the past five years. Nancy Cole also joins the company as a quality data specialist. Cole previously worked at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff as a quality data abstractor.

Collins Andrews has been appointed to the board of directors of Lindsey Software Systems in North Little Rock. Andrews has more than 40 years of leadership and management experience in the software and technology fields.
