Lexanne Horton is the new chief operating officer of NEA Baptist Clinic in Jonesboro. Horton has more than 20 years of health care management experience. She previously was vice president of physician and child health services at UT Medical Group Inc. in Memphis.

Jacque Hurd is the new vice president for human resources at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Hurd was director of human resources at the center for the past 11 years.

Dr. Eyad Abochale has joined St. Joseph's Mercy Clinic in Hot Springs as its newest pulmonologist. Abochale previously had worked at medical facilities in Stuttgart, Brinkley and Hazen.

Jason Hescott is the new creative director for Exit Marketing of Little Rock. Hescott has more than 14 years of experience in marketing, creating campaigns for clients such as Wal-Mart, Campbell's Soup and Universal Studios.

Stephen R. Bova has been appointed to the board of directors of Lindsey Software Systems in North Little Rock. Bova is a partner at Clark Bova Group LLC in Little Rock.
