Wesley Clark, Stephen Bova Form Management Consulting Firm

Retired Gen. Wesley Clark and Stephen Bova announced Wednesday that they have formed the Clark Bova Group LLC of Little Rock to provide management consulting services to businesses and government agencies worldwide.

 “CBG connects clients with proven leadership, cross-functional expertise and strategic relations to help them uncover and effectively address their most significant challenges and opportunities,” according to a company news release.

The company said it has access to a number of accomplished executives and professionals.

“Our network of experienced, sought-after resources can extend your management team’s capabilities, helping you to improve your operating plan, accelerate the execution of your vision, and accomplish your objectives,” Clark said in the news release.

Clark, a retired four-star general after nearly 40 years in the Army, is the chairman of  the investment bank Rodman & Renshaw of New York and director of several public and private companies in Europe and North America.

Bova was the CEO of Technisource Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and had been the president of both the global financial division and telecommunications division of Alltel Information Services of Little Rock, which is now Fidelity Information Services of Jacksonville, Fla.
