New UAMS Chancellor Attempts to End Losses

Dr. Daniel Rahn says UAMS has "to operate within available resources, and in the recent past we have had expenses outstripping revenue in a number of arenas."

UAMS Chancellor Dr. Dan Rahn, who started Nov. 2, is working plans to reduce the medical campus' trend of rising operating losses.
