Marvin Schwartz has been appointed executive director of Hippy USA of Little Rock. Schwartz is a 20-year veteran of nonprofit institutions, and has also been associated with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Acxiom, Planned Parenthood and Heifer International.

Real Estate
Mary Margaret Dunn has joined Crye-Leike Realtors' Kanis Road branch in Little Rock. Dunn has worked in real estate for 30 years. Shane Ferguson has also joined Crye-Leike's Kanis Road office. Ferguson has been involved in real estate for seven years. Nicole Davis has joined the North Little Rock branch of Crye-Leike Realtors as an agent and military relocation specialist. Davis was previously an agent and mortgage referral specialist at Coldwell Banker Advantage Realty in Cabot.

Ken Lazenby has joined Exit Realty in Rogers. Lazenby, a 27-year veteran of real estate, is a third-generation real estate agent.

Technology/ Telecommunications
Lindsay McEntire-Dugger has been hired as business consultant at Mainstream Technologies Inc. of Little Rock. The position was created for Dugger in order for her to increase the efficiency of technology investments made by local businesses.
