HP Absorbing Space in Metropolitan Tower

Perhaps you knew that Hewlett-Packard Co. was leasing space in the tallest building in downtown Little Rock.

But did you know that the lease with HP, based in Palo Alto, Calif., totaled about 40,000 SF, nearly three floors of the Metropolitan Tower?

That deal bumped total occupancy to 95 percent in the 40-story structure, originally known as Capitol Tower and later TCBY Tower.

We're told the space is used by HP's advance team for the service and support center going to Conway.
