Movers & Shakers for Nov. 10, 2008

Dave Fletcher of Fletcher Property Management Inc. of Little Rock was recently awarded the Master Property Manager certification by the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Todd Woerpel, a commercial real estate agent with PDC Cos. of Hot Springs and Little Rock, has been awarded the central Arkansas chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members' advanced training scholarship to the CCIM Institute held recently in Memphis. While attending the institute Woerpel studied the advanced concepts and financial analysis of commercial real estate investments.

RESTAURANTS
Al Harrison has been hired as vice president of operations for Purple Cow Restaurants Inc. of Little Rock. Also, Josh Slyby was promoted to general manager of the Chenal location, and Patrick Carroll was promoted to general manager of the Cantrell location. 

TIMBER
Miles Lacy has been elected the president of the Arkansas Forestry Association board of directors. Three other were appointed to the board: Vice President Allen Morgan, Secretary Ray Dillon, and Treasurer Rhonda Hunter.
