Brandon Barber, Springdale developer and CEO of The Barber Group, was booked into the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday night for driving while intoxicated, according to the Washington County Sheriff's office.

This is Barber's second such offense. He was arrested for DWI in September of 2006 after he hit three mailboxes with his Land Rover in Fayetteville.

Barber is embroiled in a lawsuit with Legacy National Bank of Springdale over the foreclosure of the Legacy Building in Fayetteville and his company Lynnkohn LCC recently declared bankruptcy.

Barber is still involved in the Bellafont Retail LLC, which is building the Bellafont business and retail area in Fayetteville.

He is scheduled to appear in Fayetteville District Court on Oct. 27.
