Ownership Restructuring Coming to CDI Contractors

The ownership of one of the largest general contracting firms in Arkansas is changing.

The company in question is Little Rock's CDI Contractors.

Dillard's Inc. will retain its 50 percent stake in the firm, founded in 1987 by the late Bill Clark.

However, Clark's family will be selling its 50 percent stake to a management group.

We're told that when the dust settles, Clark's son and successor as CEO, William Clark, will own the largest block of stock within the management group.
