Cooper Realty Purchases BOA Plaza in Columbia, S.C.

Cooper Realty Investments Inc. of Rogers announced on Monday that it bought the Bank of America Plaza building in Columbia, S.C., for $43.2 million in a sale that closed on Friday.

Cooper purchased the building from Columbia SC Owner LLC.

The 17-story Bank of America Plaza opened in 1989 and has 302,340 SF of office space.

Cooper Realty Investments is a subsidiary of Cooper Communities Inc., a real estate holding company that developed Bella Vista Village, Hot Springs Village and Cherokee Village in Arkansas.
