Asa Hutchinson, DEA administrator and former Republican representative from Arkansas, is scheduled to testify before Congress on Wednesday about the link between drugs and terrorism.

"Drug use ... helps to fund terrorists in some circumstances," said Hutchinson, appearing Wednesday morning on cable television's MSNBC.

Hutchinson said he hopes additional funding to fight America's drug problem will come as a result of the hearings.
