2012 Arkansas Construction Hall of Fame: Randy McNulty

Randy McNulty

He has been president of The Arkansas Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America and president of the Arkansas Asphalt Paving Association.

He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America and Foundation Award by the University of Arkansas-Little Rock.

In 1989, McNulty was elected to the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering.

In 1985, Governor Bill Clinton appointed McNulty to the State Constitutional Boards and Commissions Management Audit and Review Study Commission that performed an extensive management review of the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, Department of Corrections, Department of Higher Education, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

McNulty served on the advisory boards of First United Methodist Church in Pine Bluff, Southeast Arkansas College and the Construction Management Department at UALR.

Recently, McNulty established an endowment for a lectureship in cardiology at UAMS.

Randy McNulty married his wife, Robin, in 1964. They have two daughters, Luanne and Tracy, and two grandchildren, Chase and Chloe.
