Arkansas Razorbacks Cobi Hamilton, Tyler Wilson and Knile Davis grace cover of ArkansasSports360.com's 2012 Football Preview.

This story is from the archives of ArkansasSports360.com.

After a season where both major conference Arkansas football teams enjoyed ten or more victories – followed by abrupt exits by the head coaches – we know football fans across the state are more than ready to see what the heck happens this season.

We’re enthusiastic, too. We’ve put together a magazine to help you get even more fired up.

This week we present the fifth annual edition of the ArkansasSports360.com Football Preview magazine.

As always, it’s free. You can pick up a copy of our primer for the 2012 season today at locations across Central Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Arkansas. There is still a limited number of copies available though print versions of the magazine are going fast. Click here for a map of locations. Remember, the magazine is free.

Can’t get your hands on a copy of the print edition? We’ve still got you covered with our digital edition of the 2012 ArkansasSports360.com Football Preview.

Learn why our cover subjects – Cobi Hamilton, Tyler Wilson and Knile Davis – abandoned any ideas of leaving for the NFL in order to make the run for a national title for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

You can watch video clips of John L. Smith himself talking about the challenges he's faced replacing Bobby Petrino and why he thinks this team still has a shot at a championship trophy.

Join Gus Malzahn on the road as he travels the state, expounding on how Arkansas State can and will reach levels of greatness it hasn't seen before and how nice it is to be back home. You'll also find video of Malzahn, explaining why he doesn't mind the lack of personal time so much since becoming the Red Wolves' new coach.

Veteran sportswriters Chris Bahn and Jim Harris and the rest of our contributors have compiled the inside information, features and commentary you want to read about Arkansas’ college and high school teams.

You'll discover the recruits that the Razorbacks and Red Wolves hope to keep inside the state. Learn more about how Arkansas became such fertile ground in producing running backs. And take one last look in the rear-view mirror at a slideshow dedicated to some of the most amazing plays from the 2011 season.

Arkansas high school football is covered with previews of 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A and 7A high school classifications. Find out which teams are playing in this year's Arkansas High School Kickoff Classic at War Memorial Stadium. Get predictions on how we think the Southeastern Conference standings are going to shake out. And there's more about UCA and UAPB.
