Itawamba (Miss.) Community College offensive lineman Brennan Tutor and Springfield (Mo.) Hillcrest tight end Jonah Hill recently became commitments No. 11 and 12 for Arkansas State.

Hill, 6 foot 4, 240 pounds, also had an offer from Wyoming. Tutor, 6-4, 280,
