Arkansas State is hoping to add another player to its roster for 2012.

Will Latu, ranked as the No. 7 junior college prospect for 2012 by one recruiting service, has signed with the Red Wolves. Latu signed with Oklahoma, but did not meet enrollment requirements after spending two years at College of the Canyons (Calif.).

Latu (6-3, 315 pounds) has two years of eligibility remaining and was rated a four-star prospect by two major recruiting services. Per AStateNation.com there is a “chance” that Latu could play for the red Wolves this season.

Among Latu’s offers were: Oklahoma, Auburn, Boise State, Kansas State, Louisville, Rutgers, West Virginia and others. Latu was committed to West Virginia and Auburn at times during his recruitment.
