What do John L. Smith and Mitt Romney have in common?

They both would be outright pleased if they ended up winning 50.1 percent of their fall schedule.

They're also Mormons with roots out West. They're both running organizations with a skeptical fanbase. And they both had awful weeks.

But while Romney still has a chance to unseat the previous national champion, Smith has missed his opportunity to do so and is still feeling the heat.

Say what you will about what the media has said about the Republican nominee, but we haven't heard "circus act" as a description of his campaign (yet.)

(Also, we hear Romney manages his money just a little bit better as well.)

ArkansasSports360.com Columnist Jim Harris appeared Friday morning on "Today's THV This Morning" with Tom Brannon. Harris says the Razorbacks have a decent shot of winning this game, especially with Tyler Wilson cleared to play at quarterback.

Would a victory against Rutgers earn any votes in the AP Top 25 poll? Let's just say that the Libertarian candidate for President will likely garner more this November.
