Package Products Buy Adds Up to $1.8 Million Deal (Real Deals)

Arkansas Packaging Products Inc. acquired this project at 7701 Industry Drive for $1.8 million.

Convenient Location

A convenience store location in Sherwood is under new ownership after a $300,000 sale.

Abdul Butt bought the 0.4-acre property at 14218 Highway 107 from the Yelenich Family Trust, led by Roy Yelenich.

The trust provided a $225,000 loan to finance the deal. The project was purchased for $500,000 in December 2006 from Robert and Shirley Johnston and Donna Shaw.

 

Heights House

A 5,151-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.04 million.

Michael and Pamela Ashcraft acquired the house from Lynn Thomas and Paul Smith.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $832,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The residence previously was tied to a January 2011 mortgage of $900,000 held by U.S. Bank of Cincinnati and a February 2011 mortgage of $59,144 held by Riverside Bank of Sparkman (Dallas County).

The location was bought for $340,000 in March 2007 from Justin Stewart and Jennifer Kidd.
